I'm here today with February's Writing Challenge! And this month, the challenge is to write about tears. I think it will be a really interesting thing to incorporate into a piece of flash fiction. Tears tend to get put into the "sadness only" category, when in reality, they're something that in actual life can cover a vast amount of emotions and situations.
What comes to your mind when you think of tears? Are the tears in your story going to come to play in moments of grief? Happiness? Bewilderment? Is your character going to find that crying come easily, or are they used to bottling up their tears? There's so many different directions this challenge could go, so I'm really eager to see what you all do with it! :)
Ready? Let's go! Write!
